AI for web agencies

An AI technical partner for your agency and your clients.

I build and integrate AI use cases into your tools, then train your teams. For your clients, I deliver white-label projects, within a scope we agree together.

01 — Two uses

For your agency, and for your clients

Your web agency doesn't need an AI department. It needs the right skills, at the right time.

Internal production

For your agency

  • Choose the use cases that help your teams: pre-sales, production, QA, project management.
  • Integrate them into your existing tools, with tests and validation steps defined.
  • Train teams on their real cases so they become autonomous.

02 — Background

I know your trade because I've done it.

I spent nearly eight years inside a web agency, after many years as a freelance developer.

I know the constraints of your business: production deadlines, client budgets, projects piling up, technologies to maintain, teams that have to keep moving while the tools change.

There I built custom WordPress sites and acted as the agency's AI lead, supporting upskilling and the trialling of new tools.

03 — Engagement

Three ways to work together

  1. If needed, before

2 Focused assessment or in-depth scoping

Focused assessment (half a day to a day): use cases prioritised by value, feasibility and cost. Not a list of 50 theoretical ideas.

In-depth scoping (up to three days): workshops with your teams, a mock-up of the priority case, a firm quote for delivery. Optional if your need is already scoped.

  2. An ongoing partnership

    3 Outsourced AI lead

Two days a month on the agreed priorities: tool choices, training, usage follow-up and targeted improvements.

New projects and maintenance are scoped separately.

04 — The real question

Why not just your developers with ChatGPT, Claude or Cursor?

Your developers already know how to use AI assistants. What I bring is dedicated build time: I connect your tools, write the tests and validation steps, document and support adoption.

For your clients, I can take on a build within the framework set with your agency.

05 — To start

Three demonstrator tracks in preparation

Chosen because agency leadership grasps them quickly, their results can be measured, and they answer problems lived in production. Not delivered products yet: tracks to build with a pilot agency.

In preparation

Meeting to tickets

A transcript becomes minutes, decisions and tickets ready to assign.

In preparation

Assisted quoting

From the specification to a reasoned estimate, approved by your teams.

In preparation

Automated QA

Scenarios, environment comparison and regression after updates.

Discuss a pilot case

Not a chatbot for every role. And no AI where classic automation does better.

We measure a before / after, never a generic gain.

Role 6/14 · Leadership

07 — Example

One chain, not seven assistants

  1. Incoming requestEmail, form or document
  2. SalesQualification, missing questions
  3. Project manager + tech leadSpecs and estimate approved
  4. DeveloperTickets, context, acceptance criteria
  5. QATests and fix verification
  6. Delivery reportPrepared, approved by the team

Information and decisions follow the project end to end. Human approval at every binding step.

08 — Framework

A written collaboration framework

  • Scope, deliverables and acceptance criteria defined before the project.
  • Who does what: who leads, who approves, who talks to the client.
  • Confidentiality and non-solicitation of your clients, in writing.
  • Code ownership and third-party components set out in the contract.
  • Maintenance and changes: a separate, agreed scope.

09 — Trust

Confidentiality, GDPR and data sovereignty

Confidentiality and safeguards

  • A written confidentiality clause in the contract; a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) signed on request.
  • Strict separation between agencies: nothing you share with me ever reaches another agency.
  • White label: I don't appear in front of your clients without your consent, and I never solicit them.
  • Professional liability insurance covering work on data, in place before any project starts.
  • Ownership: code and deliverables belong to the agency or its client, as set in the contract.

GDPR, EU AI Act and data sovereignty

  • GDPR: only the data that is needed is used; a data processing agreement (Article 28) when required; access kept minimal and removed at the end of the project.
  • EU AI Act: each use case is qualified, users are told when they interact with an AI, and the solution is documented.
  • Sovereignty: when the data calls for it, I favour EU hosting, European providers or self-hosted open-source models.
  • The model is chosen according to data sensitivity, not tool preference.

10 — Questions

Agency FAQ

Do you also work for competing agencies?

It can happen, with strict separation: nothing one agency shares with me (clients, code, methods, data) ever reaches another. This commitment is written into the contract, and an NDA can be signed on request.

Do we have to start with an assessment?

No. If your need is already scoped, we go straight to a fixed-price project. The assessment helps when you don't yet know where to start.

How does a white-label project work?

I give you a subcontracting quote, you set your client price. You keep the relationship and project management; I work within the written framework agreed with your agency.

Who maintains the solution afterwards?

Your team, with documentation and a handover, or me, under a separate maintenance scope.

What about our clients' data?

Before the project we define which data may be used, where it flows and who approves. Anonymised data if needed.

My goal isn't to sell you AI everywhere.

It's to help you produce better, save time where it can be demonstrated, and develop new revenue streams. Let's talk about your agency and what we could build together.

Nice find. You discovered the easter egg: proof we already have something in common. Let's talk?
